Design and fit out and size of our room staff helpful location
Hard to find, because of the internal courtyard noise travelled to our room, trendy but sometimes not so practical

Location: the hotel was just next door to the Roman centre of the city. The atmosphere created was elegant.

The Superior Room was huge with a massive memory foam bed-so comfy! Nice bathroom with toiletries and good storage. But, honestly, the air conditioning was tricky, and the shower door was weirdly placed were good. Just a few small things, though. The room felt cozy and inviting.

Very slick and stylish small hotel. Location in city centre and easy to walk to all sites and restaurants. Amazing Roman theatre.
Impossible to find. Would have helped if air con etc instructions were also in english.

They gave us a room with a broken mirror, some wet walls in the bathroom and with a lack of painture on the walls. Lights went off in a moment and we found a letter for another customer in the roomn.

The staff was amazing, very friendly. The location is excellent.
Its difficult to find. And the music from the courtyard is very loud and can be heard in the rooms.

Great location next to the Roman temple of Diana and a short walk to a fantastic museum of Roman artefacts. Contemporary hotel.
Automated air conditioning switched off during the night. Mediocre breakfast.

This hotel was a proper fit for a date night in Merida with good value for money. I loved the balcony overlooking the charming cobblestone street. Be prepared for tricky parking and make sure your suitcase wheels can handle cobblestones.

Great spot in Merida!
Awesome location right in the center for all the sights! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was on point, love that it was à la carte to cut down on waste. Just wish the decor wasn't so pretentious. Felt a bit uncomfortable at times. The place was clean tho!
